Be careful with what you post on EF. Once you have done it you dont have the right for it anymore.

This part however, states that once it's on entropiaForum, you can't use your own material elsewhere
The change in Terms of Service, despite it's magnitude, has not required each member using the forum to sign the new TOS agreement, merely stating "by using the forum you agree".
This does not apply at all on our own forum. The original poster has the right to use it elsewhere as well.

WTF, that puts EF in some weird positions...
On one side they can really get into troubles with lawsuits and copyrighted material since when you post it they claim they own it...
On the other side it just sucks for any deviation you post etc.
Also, it's not quite legal at all, in a lawsuit these part will simply be dropped by the judge since they will be deemed irrational.
Just the part about accepting by using is not a legal way, I signed the TOS in 2005, that TOS is bound to me for as long as I use the forums or I sign a new one. |

| My guess at this is MA asked their Legal counsel if there was any way to pursue players, that simply took objectionable material deleted from their BBS and moved it somewhere else. As far as any legal recourse? I would bet it goes no further than locking out your account, leaving you in a tight spot fighting to get it unlocked...TJ |
